3 July 2014, National News Bureau of Thailand

BANGKOK, 3 July 2014 (NNT) –The licenses of four recruitment companies have been revoked by the Ministry of Labor for different reasons.

The licenses of Rungpiti Recruitment Enterprise in Bangkok and N.T.K 9 International in Nakon Ratchasima have been revoked as a result of their requests to terminate their services recruiting employees to work abroad.

Furthermore, S Thai Recruitment in Bangkok and J.S.S Development have both had their licenses to send people abroad to work terminated, since they failed to submit documents for license renewals not less than 30 days prior to the expiration of the current license.

In the meantime, the Ministry is ready to supervise and inspect recruiters, in compliance with applicable laws and rules, in order to prevent workers from being exploited or disadvantaged by illegal recruiters.
